We're an e-commerce brand that sells physical products and runs its own ads on Facebook and Instagram. You'll edit short-form video ads, mostly 15-40 s: UGC and VSLs, talking-head ads, product demos, ASMR unboxings, reaction skits, hooks and hook variations, cutdowns, and 9:16 and 4:5 versions.
We're not looking for ordinary editors. We want people who want to play the performance game: volume, testing and constant improvement. If you're looking for comfort or just "pretty edits", this isn't the place for you.
